Which services are available for domestic shipping?

If you bring the item to the store without packaging, Express Easy is the simplest route: DHL supplies the packaging and the shipment is a single piece of up to 25 kg.
What can you send within Brazil?
Documents, parcels, gifts, samples and your company's goods. Contracts, certificates and bank documents travel in Express Envelope. Larger boxes use Express Domestic, which accepts pieces of up to 70 kg.

Which document does a domestic shipment need?
Anyone sending goods without an invoice inside Brazil uses the Electronic Content Declaration, the DC-e. You fill in nothing. DHL issues the declaration at the store, using what you tell the team about the contents and their value.

- The team packs it, prepares the paperwork and shows you the price and delivery time.
- You confirm, pay and receive the tracking number.

Yes. DHL Stores offer special conditions for domestic shipments, and the team confirms in the quote which one applies to yours. At the store the general rule is simple: the more weight, the bigger the discount.

How do you protect a valuable parcel?
With Shipment Value Protection, an optional service that covers physical loss or damage for the declared value. For domestic shipments it costs R$ 16.50 or 1% of the protected value, whichever is higher, according to the MyDHL+ Brazil optional services list.
